McLeod Contracting & Design LLC in Northwest Florida seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential and commercial projects from preconstruction through completion. You will own project delivery, coordinate trades, manage budgets, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing high-end residential remodels and additions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and Florida building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar PM software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential remodeling, additions, and custom construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules that keep work moving efficiently.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal team members.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Obtain permits and coordinate inspections.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout every phase of construction.
• Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain organized project documentation and daily project updates.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
