The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically handling projects between $1M and $10M. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience working for a GC as a Project Manager on projects ranging from $1M - $10M.
• Commercial/GC experience, especially with high-end restaurant, retail, and commercial offices.
• English fluency (reading, writing, and verbal communication).

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitable execution of projects ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Visit project sites regularly to ensure compliance and safety.
• Lead weekly meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders.
