Confidential Residential Home Builder in Daytona Beach seeks an experienced Custom Homes Project Manager to oversee a small portfolio of luxury homes from start to finish. You will coordinate trade partners, schedules, inspections, and client communications while the office handles design coordination.

This field-focused role emphasizes hands-on construction leadership, quality control, and timely project closures with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in construction operations or project management.
• Custom or high‑end residential construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned custom homes from start to closing.
• Maintain project schedules with two‑week look‑ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, inspections, and sequencing.
• Review plans, specifications, and change orders before work.
• Inspect sites for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Identify risks and field issues before affecting closing dates.
• Hold trade partners accountable for workmanship and safety.
• Document inspection results and corrective actions.
• Keep clients informed with timely updates.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and field docs in BuilderTrend.
• Lead homeowner walkthroughs, punch-out, and closeout.
• Help reduce punch lists and warranty callbacks.
