Job summary

Florida Construction Connection, Inc. seeks a Construction Senior Project Manager to lead luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Miami area.

You will build strong client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, mentor teams, review change orders, and drive safety and quality to the highest standards on prestigious, complex builds.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience on luxury hospitality, luxury residential, condominium, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects and project teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Review and negotiate change orders and subcontract agreements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Support company growth by maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead complex luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
