Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in residential construction management, with on-site supervision.
• Experience in custom homes and remodeling projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of codes, safety regulations, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
• Schedule and coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Lead on-site supervision of residential projects and crews.
• Maintain client communication and regular progress reports.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with codes and permits.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Administer change orders and budgets; document progress daily.
