Qualifications

• 6+ years of verified residential remodeling experience with references.
• Journeyman-level expertise in at least one trade.
• Experience running a working crew and overseeing residential construction projects.
• Experience scheduling crews, ordering materials, managing subcontractors, and completing inspections.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute residential remodeling projects, including framing, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and finish work.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with crew members and subcontractors.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on site.
• Schedule work, order materials, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Use Bluebeam for project documentation and communication.
