Job summary

OnQCx in Boise, Idaho is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex, high-tech construction initiatives from design through commissioning. You will own project plans, budgets, schedules, safety programs, and coordination with owners, engineers, and field teams.

The role requires a strong background in cast-in-place concrete, formwork, and self-perform construction, plus proficiency with Procore, Prologue, and PM software.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent construction experience.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the high tech industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Management and Project Controls Plans.
• High level understanding of a project total cost of ownership (TCO) and life cycle cost.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall project from inception to completion.
• Primary interface with owner and engineer of record.
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall project program.
• Oversee QA/QC Project Manager, Superintendent, and Engineer.
• Create Site Specific Safety, No Impact, Risk Management and Change Control Plans.
• Support Site Logistics Plan development.
• Collaborate on design reviews and bid processes for owner approvals.
• Approve project documents, budgets, change orders, and close-out docs.
• Ensure commissioning per customer requirements and review commissioning documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues.
