Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd seeks a Construction System Owner - Cleanroom Lead for a 12-month assignment in Ohio. You will verify and witness cleanroom installations, ensuring GMP compliance and alignment with approved drawings and submittals.

The role requires strong field experience in cleanroom finishes and environmental envelope construction, with deep knowledge of building envelopes, codes, and GMP standards. You will monitor installation plans and support commissioning readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Construction Engineering with knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, OSHA.

Responsibilities

Perform field verification of cleanroom architectural installations to confirm compliance with drawings, specifications, and validated submittals.
Witness and verify installation of cleanroom finishes, partitions, structural systems, and environmental envelope components for GMP design intent.
Review contractor inspection records, quality documentation, and installation reports for commissioning and qualification readiness.
Observe field conditions such as housekeeping, barriers, dust control, and access management to meet GMP standards for controlled environments.
Monitor weekly installation plans (6WLA/CWA/IWP) for cleanroom scope progress and track critical path systems for schedule adherence.
