Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex modular cleanroom and controlled environment projects from preconstruction through project closeout. You will partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, budget, and safety across pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing programs.

The role emphasizes coordinating design-build activities, reviewing architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specs while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of construction experience directly related to responsibilities.
• Cost management and ability to estimate.
• Experience with Sage/Timberline and Procore Construction Management or similar Software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Revit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction project with Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in pre-construction, budgeting and value engineering as required.
• Review designs, drawings and specs to ensure fit-for-function and standards.
• Organize and coordinate construction team to deliver project deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance and bonding requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Purchasing, Scheduling for pricing, scopes and manpower.
• Assist in obtaining project renderings, photos, and press materials.
• Build positive relations with Owners and subcontractors; represent the company in meetings.
• Support safety efforts and communicate expectations to teams.
• Maintain project cost controls and monthly cost reviews.
