Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in one or more of the building trades.
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks.
• Capable of following written and oral instructions and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work in construction or renovation and maintain structures.
• Install, repair plumbing fixtures and related equipment.
• Maintain electrical systems and address non-licensed electrical tasks.
• Repair locks, tumbler mechanisms and security devices.
• Construct and repair foundations, walls and related masonry work.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in building and grounds maintenance.
