Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees builder approval/draw schedule process, inspections, and servicing for construction/renovation loans.
• Drives KPI/KRI reviews, policy updates, and change initiatives across mortgage servicing.
• Leads training, coaching, staffing, and performance reviews for the construction team.
• Ensures SOX controls, audit responses, and timely loan conversions.
