Responsibilities

Oversee the builder approval to loan conversion process and ensure timely completions.
Ensure construction projects are completed and converted in a timely manner.
Manage construction platform vendor and establish controls to minimize risk and boost customer satisfaction.
Oversee the held-for-sale pipeline to ensure adherence to requalification procedures.
Minimize risk by reviewing aged loans and salable loans for salability.
Identify trends and changes in local/state construction codes to ensure builder compliance.
Assist in creating/modifying construction programs and products.
Provide senior leaders with industry trends that may affect risk tolerances.
Maintain a construction-to-permanent lending administrative process including documentation reviews, site inspections, draw administration, and loan balancing.
