Job summary

TerraFirma is seeking a Foreman to lead production crews from start to finish on foundation repair and waterproofing projects in the Pacific Northwest. You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality installations on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to read plans, manage safety, and drive customer satisfaction on every site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Foreman or Project Lead.
• Experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, or concrete lifting preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written); Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew, coordinating assignments based on work priority, schedules, and workforce availability.
• Supervise crew members and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
• Monitor project progress and keep jobs on track from a time and budgetary standpoint.
• Motivate and recognize your team to foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
• Address performance issues promptly and loop in the Production Manager as needed.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before arriving on site.
• Install TerraFirma products and services, driving quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Troubleshoot and innovate on the spot to resolve challenges and meet company standards and timetables.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• Work in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements safely.
• Collect payment upon job completion and ensure all final documentation is completed accurately.
• Provide customers with superior service on site and keep them informed via TerraFirma messaging system.
• Explain any job changes and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at completion and leave every job site clean.
