Job summary

TerraFirma in Tumwater, WA is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a production crew on foundation repair and waterproofing projects. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every site while coordinating tasks, scheduling work, and maintaining budgets.

You’ll mentor installers, review job specs, install TerraFirma products, troubleshoot challenges, manage customer communications, and ensure a clean, on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Foreman or Project Lead.
• Experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, or concrete lifting preferred.
• Prior experience installing Helical/Push Piers and/or Pin Piles a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, delegate, and hold a team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew, coordinating assignments based on priorities, schedules, and availability.
• Supervise crew members and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks on every job site.
• Monitor project progress and keep jobs on time and on budget.
• Motivate and recognize the team to foster a positive work culture.
• Address performance issues and coordinate with Production Manager as needed.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment before arriving on site.
• Assess site conditions and set a clear plan with time allotment and work order.
• Install TerraFirma products ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to meet standards and timetables.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• Work in crawl spaces and basements safely.
• Collect payment and ensure final documentation is submitted.
