You'll coordinate tasks, review job specs, and ensure timely delivery with accurate documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and reading plans are essential in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as Foreman or Project Lead.
• Experience in foundation repair or related trades is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance crew, oversee safety, quality, productivity and accountability.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects on time and on budget.
• Install TerraFirma products and ensure customer satisfaction on completion.
