Job summary

Interior Channel is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to lead crews on basement waterproofing and foundation repair projects. You will drive quality workmanship, supervise crew performance, and ensure safe, efficient project execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has field experience in waterproofing or related trades and is ready to step into a leadership role with accountability. Prior Foreman experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in waterproofing, foundation repair, or related construction field.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all crew members on assigned job sites.
• Coach and mentor crew; ensure work meets Interior Channel standards.
• Conduct pre-job and post-job briefings; maintain safety and quality.
