Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to prepare quantity estimates and manage projects awarded to the company.

Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, preparing detailed estimates, coordinating with clients and vendors, and guiding projects from bidding through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Five years construction estimating experience preferred; or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and interpret plans, specs and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals to prepare estimates.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates for planning and bidding.
• Consult with clients and vendors to discuss estimates and issues.
• Manage projects from scheduling to billing and cost projections.
• Ensure estimates align with budget and down to cost accuracy.
