Qualifications

• 2+ years estimator/construction management experience with a GC or sub trades.
• Ability to read construction drawings at an advanced level.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a lead mentality.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation of CSI Master Format 16 divisions.
• Create bid invitations, follow up with bidders, and negotiate prices.
• Develop budgets and cost breakdown analyses.
• Take-offs using PlanSwift and equivalent tools; organize spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Participate in owner/architect meetings as required.
• Prepare hard bids and maintain electronic project folders.
