Job summary
Raymond Search Group is seeking a Lead Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects in Washington. You will analyze plans and specs, partner with project teams and subcontractors, and help lead the estimating function, mentoring junior estimators.

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specs.
- Track market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
- Prepare and submit complete bid proposals.
- Identify and mitigate project/estimating risks.
- Mentor and develop other estimators on the team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Work Environment: Office-based, low noise, primarily desk/computer work
