Job summary

Volvo Group in North America seeks a Product Owner for Driver Coaching, Compliance & Safety Services across ICE and battery electric platforms. You will drive product vision, strategy, and lifecycle across Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks NA, coordinating with sales, service, and technology partners to deliver measurable fleet safety value.

The role requires leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of vehicle connectivity and BEV/ICE ecosystems.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• 5-10 years experience in the heavy-duty automotive, truck, or transportation industry.
• Knowledge of BEVs, BEV and PEV technology, and related markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for driver coaching, compliance and safety services for ICE and BEV vehicles.
• Develop and implement telematics-based coaching and safety service strategies.
• Own the connected safety portfolio strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Translate vehicle and operational data into coaching insights, risk scoring, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, service and technology partners.
