Job summary

Volvo Group North America is seeking a product leader to own driver coaching, compliance and safety services for both ICE and BEV platforms. You will coordinate service roadmaps, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies across Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks NA, translating data into actionable insights and customer value.

The role requires strong experience in automotive connectivity, analytics, and agile delivery, with collaboration across sales, aftermarket, and product teams to drive

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 5–10 years in heavy-duty automotive/truck sectors with customer solutions delivery.
• Familiarity with BEVs/PEVs and plug-in hybrids.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver coaching, compliance & safety services product portfolio for ICE and BEV vehicles.
• Develop strategy for telematics-based services and guide go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks NA.
• Translate data into coaching insights, safety scoring, and incident workflows.
• Manage partnerships with telematics, ADAS, analytics, and OEM ecosystems.
