Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Lead Configuration Manager to guide CM activities across engineering teams and support governance boards. You will baseline, analyze, update, and maintain IT baselines for interoperability and IT service integration within NGA/NSG contexts.

The role requires 12+ years in CM, a technical degree, and 5+ years leading CM processes, including DevOps/CI/CD; TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Configuration and Change Management.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific fields (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, IT, etc).
• At least five years of experience establishing, managing or leading CM processes for baselining traditional and Agile efforts including DevOps/CI/CD.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Responsibilities

• Guide configuration management across CM and engineering teams.
• Lead baselining, analysis, updates and maintenance of IT baselines.
• Support interoperability, IT services integration and IT governance for NGA/NSG.
