Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Configuration Management lead to oversee CM processes, baselines, repositories, and version control for FMBT interface deliverables in a federal IT setting. You will ensure artifacts are controlled, traceable, and stored in approved tools, coordinating with change, release, and testing teams.

Required are 8+ years in CM, experience with CI/CD tools, and strong communication skills. VA access is obtainable, and experience in Agile/SAFe environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of configuration management experience in software development or federal IT programs
• Experience establishing CM plans, baselines, repositories, libraries, and version control processes
• Experience with configuration audits, change tracking, status accounting, and release/deployment controls
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab or similar tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA access

Responsibilities

• Manage CM processes, baselines, repositories, version control, change tracking, audits and artifact governance for FMBT interface deliverables
• Ensure source code, documentation, executables, and configuration items are controlled and traceable in government-approved tools
