Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Lead Configuration Manager in Chantilly, VA to guide CM activities across engineering and governance boards. You will baseline, analyze, update, and maintain IT baselines to ensure interoperability and governance for NGA/NSG programs.

The role requires 12+ years in CM and a technical STEM degree. Candidates should have 5+ years leading CM in government or industry with DevOps and CI/CD, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph if needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Configuration and Change Management field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or STEM field.
• At least five years leading CM for baselining traditional and Agile efforts including DevOps/CI/CD.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
• Proficiency maintaining CMDB with Remedy and ServiceNow is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM tasks for engineering teams and governance boards.
• Baseline, analyze, update, and maintain IT baselines for interoperability and IT governance.
• Support and execute CM activities for NGA/NSG programs.
