Job summary

Power Systems Hanwha is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer in Jupiter, FL to manage configurations, BOMs, documentation, and engineering changes for products across Hanwha Power. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, commercial and supply chain to ensure proper implementation and compliance.

You will own and drive CM processes, tools (Teamcenter, SAP) and best practices, monitor change data for compliance, and contribute to global growth while maintaining operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant business or engineering disciplines with extensive CM experience.
• 8+ years in configuration management in design/manufacturing/repair environments (aerospace or related).
• Experience reading BOMs, drawings, and specifications; strong change management demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all Configuration Management activities.
• Own and enhance BOM structure across component, frame, and customer levels.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement CM best practices.
• Lead PLM processes and tools for global growth with operational excellence.
• Formulate and implement procedures for engineering changes.
• Monitor and report on engineering change data and accounting activities.
• Promote EHS initiatives and propose new safety improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
