Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Lead Truck Driver RMX MP to coordinate the logistics of getting concrete from the plant discharge to the pour site, while overseeing the truck fleet and drivers.

You will travel to active project sites, manage haul logistics, enforce safety protocols, perform required inspections, and collaborate with foremen to resolve routes quickly. This role includes field travel, a competitive salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview

Responsibilities

• Travel to active project sites to manage local or traveling driver fleets.
• Coordinate haul logistics—manage dump/agitator trucks for wet batch central mixes or traditional ready-mix trucks for dry batch setups.
• Enforce haul-road safety routing, speed limits, and safe backing protocols.
• Ensure all drivers perform DOT pre/post-trip maintenance inspections.
• Enforce delivery windows and ensure loads are discharged within hydration limits.
