Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Superintendent to plan the execution phase of projects and coordinate with the operational team to develop a comprehensive project plan. You will lead field teams, ensure staging of equipment and materials, track progress with time sheets and delivery tickets, and drive project success on commercial and industrial builds across NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
