STRUCTURAL in Lake Charles, LA is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Foreman to join our team. Lead field operations, supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure concrete repair and rehabilitation work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.

Qualifications

5+ years in concrete repair or structural restoration.
Experience leading field crews as a Foreman or equivalent.
Strong understanding of concrete structures and repair techniques.
Experience with industrial facilities, power generation structures, or foundations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead field operations, supervise crews, and coordinate daily activities.
Ensure concrete repair and rehabilitation work meets plans, specs, codes, and standards.
Apply technical knowledge of concrete structures to support project execution.
Maintain documentation, progress reports, and safety compliance.
Collaborate with teams and clients to address field challenges and requirements.
Promote STRUCTURAL's Safety 24/7 culture on site.
