Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks an experienced Project Manager II for Concrete Self-Perform Services. The role oversees structural concrete, foundations, formwork, rebar coordination, placement, and finishing, while leading scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and execution.

The successful candidate will have significant self-perform concrete experience in industrial and commercial sectors, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 9–12 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager managing self-perform concrete, structural concrete, foundation, industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction, formwork systems, rebar detailing, concrete placement and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control efforts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change order management.
• Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
