CRH is seeking a Foreperson for its Preferred Materials operation in Florida. The role emphasizes safe operations, mechanical skill, and supporting efficient plant performance.

You will supervise schedules, coordinate with plant teams and contractors, and ensure tests and tasks meet blueprint specifications. The ideal candidate will have CDL credentials, a high school diploma, and at least two years of relevant construction experience, with willingness to travel and work flexible hours when

Formación

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B and DOT card required.
• At least 2 years of Gunite or relevant construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and controls work schedule provided by plant manager.
• Communicates with plant and/or contractors regarding schedule.
• Determine access for job site and direct equipment to avoid property damage.
• Direct crew with project details to meet blueprint specs.
• Rotate to other positions as needed and train teammates.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and OSHA rules.
• Travel to other company facilities as needed; stay professional.
• Stand for long periods when testing in hot or current conditions.
