Job summary

CRISDEL GROUP, INC. in Lakeland, FL seeks a Concrete Foreman to provide on-site leadership for concrete pavement projects. You will oversee crew safety, workflow, quality control, and coordination with suppliers and project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

The role requires hands-on experience with concrete paving, reading plans, and clear communication with customers and crew. A valid US driver’s license and post-employment drug screen may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in concrete pavement construction.
• Technical skills in concrete paving and compaction operations.
• Ability to read blue prints and plans and manage materials and trucking to maintain budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concrete crew on-site, monitor safety, train employees and ensure quality control.
• Observe progress on job sites and optimize use of workers and equipment.
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and hauling vendors.
• Verify measurements and slopes for contract compliance using standard tools.
• Relay job-related information from orders and plans to crew and customers.
• Operate concrete equipment to position and align machinery as needed.
• Prepare daily time cards and field diaries using an iPad.
