Custom Construction Services in Minneapolis is seeking a Manager for the upcoming season to own projects, lead crews, and drive successful outcomes on driveways, patios, retaining walls, and other concrete hardscape work.

You will supervise crews, coordinate orders and deliveries, maintain clear client and subcontractor communication, ensure safety and quality, and manage admin tasks while delivering measurable results and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage crews, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Orchestrate concrete orders, deliveries, trucking, and scheduling to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and subcontractors, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity across job sites.
• Ensure impeccable workmanship and adherence to safety protocols on all projects.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including job site documentation, vendor receipts, and dumpsite records.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultations to final payment collection.
