Custom Construction Services, a premier concrete and hardscape company serving the Twin Cities Metro for over 18 years, seeks a skilled Hardscape Specialist to lead crews on seasonal projects including paver driveways, patios, and retaining walls.

You will manage crews, coordinate orders and scheduling, and ensure safe, high-quality finishes with precise elevations and drainage planning. A strong leader with hands-on ability is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: build and manage crews for efficient workflow and progress.

Custom Construction Services, a premier concrete and hardscape company serving the Twin Cities Metro for over 18 years, seeks a skilled and passionate leader to join our team for the upcoming season. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and value on projects like paver driveways, patios, retaining walls, and more.

As our Hardscape Specialist, you will:

• Lead by example: Build and manage crews to ensure efficient workflow and project progress.
• Master of logistics: Coordinate hardscape orders, trucking, scheduling, and communication for seamless project execution.
• Proactive communicator: Keep management informed with timely updates and detailed project reports.
• Demolition specialist: Safely remove existing concrete, stone, or asphalt surfaces as needed.
• Precision engineer: Master elevations and grade new installations for optimal drainage and property design.
• Equipment expert: Operate machinery like bobcats, skid loaders, saws, tampers, and screeds with expert skill.
• Master builder: Create stunning retaining walls, paver projects (driveways, patios, walkways), and stone/block steps.
• Yard rejuvenation: Restore landscapes through sodding, seeding, leveling, and other techniques.
