Job summary

Northland Concrete & Masonry in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Project Manager to own major projects from preconstruction through closeout, leading estimating, project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and field operations.

You will partner with project engineers, superintendents, foremen, estimators, and suppliers to ensure schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction while guiding change orders and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing complex commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, job costing, billing, and profitability.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating PM, field ops, and finance.
• Review plans, contracts, scopes, and schedules to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage budgets, costs, billings, profitability, and forecasting.
• Approve invoices, allocate costs, and track billing schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, estimators, and field teams.
• Lead change management and ensure change orders are documented.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Ensure documentation in PlanGrid and project closeout materials.
