Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. You will ensure work meets schedule, safety standards, and quality expectations while coordinating with the Superintendent and PM.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on active job sites. Travel to surrounding sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Concrete Foreman experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience leading crews of 6+ people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to job coach.
• Safety attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet project deadlines while ensuring safety.
• Enter timesheets and daily logs in Procore.
• Communicate daily production goals and assign duties.
• Review plans, elevations, and drawings for accuracy.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors per schedule.
• Oversee site safety inspections and punch list completion.
• Travel to surrounding job sites as needed.
