Job summary

Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking a Concrete Foreman who can lead a crew, maintain safety, and ensure on-time completion of concrete projects.

The role requires tracking progress, coordinating with the superintendent, and upholding the company’s safety and ethics standards on diverse job sites across the region. The candidate should have 5+ years of foreman experience, OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of concrete foreman experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Travel required; per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Validate take-off quantities and ensure materials, equipment, and subcontractors are on site according to the project schedule.
• Review, validate, and shoot grades and ensure elevations are correct per latest drawing revision.
• Lead daily communication with the PM and assign duties to qualified tradespersons to meet production goals.
• Complete job site safety inspections and toolbox talks; identify hazards to ensure project safety.
• Oversee and coordinate personnel to execute project requirements from start to finish, ensuring safety and compliance.
