Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a seasoned Concrete Foreman to lead crews on diverse projects and ensure timely, safe completion of work. You will coordinate formwork, pouring, and grading per plans, supervise 6+ crew members, and uphold safety and quality standards on every site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Concrete Foreman experience.
• Safety-focused and able to uphold OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to coach and lead crews of 6+ workers.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate take-off quantities and ensure materials and crews are on site per schedule.
• Review grades and elevations per latest drawings.
• Prepare 3-week look ahead with the team and align with site leadership.
• Communicate daily production goals and assign duties accordingly.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and organize resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
