RockBridge Search is seeking a strong Concrete Foreman in Salt Lake City to lead and manage field crews, uphold safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship on active projects.
You will plan manpower, equipment, materials, and workflow, read plans, coordinate placement and finishing, and maintain open lines of communication with project managers and clients. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role with a focus on safety and productivity.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary: $85,000–$100,000
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Concrete Foreman who knows that great concrete work starts long before the truck arrives. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can take charge of crews, keep production moving, maintain high-quality standards, and make safety the non-negotiable foundation of every project.
The right Foreman is organized, accountable, confident in the field, and comfortable making decisions when the schedule gets tight. You’ll coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, layout, forming, reinforcing, placement, finishing, and cleanup while keeping the entire crew focused on doing the work correctly and safely.
Safety isn’t something checked off a clipboard at the beginning of the day. It is part of how the job gets done. The Concrete Foreman will be expected to lead by example, recognize potential hazards, communicate expectations clearly, and stop work when something isn’t right.
We’re looking for someone who understands that production and safety work together. A successful Foreman creates a crew that works efficiently because everyone knows the plan, understands the hazards, and takes ownership of the work.
You’re the person crews look to when the plan changes, the schedule gets tight, or the job throws a curveball. You understand concrete, you understand people, and you understand that a successful project is measured by more than what gets poured.
You take pride in safe crews, clean jobsites, quality work, productive days, and projects that finish the right way. You don’t need to be the loudest person on the site. You need to be the person people trust to know what needs to happen next.
If you’re ready to take the lead, build something substantial, and make safety and quality part of every pour, we want to hear from you.
