A high school diploma, 3–5 years in concrete construction with 2 years in supervision, and ability to read plans are required; valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of concrete construction experience including supervisory roles.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of concrete materials, techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site concrete crew and coordinate daily activities.
• Plan pours, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing sequences.
• Ensure quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
