Jobot is seeking an experienced concrete crew lead to manage curb, gutter, sidewalk and flatwork on Tampa Bay site development projects. You will read plans, coordinate daily crews, and ensure work aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.

This family-owned contractor has 60+ years in the market, offering steady residential and roadway work, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package with growth potential toward foreman roles.

Qualificações

• 5+ years running concrete crews in site development, heavy civil or roadway construction.
• Strong plan reading and grade and layout skills.
• Working knowledge of FDOT and local municipal specs preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train and hold a crew accountable in a production environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead concrete crews on curb, gutter, sidewalk, flatwork, inlets, structures and related site concrete.
• Read plans, grades and specs, and lay out work accordingly.
• Schedule labor, equipment and material deliveries to keep production on pace with the project schedule.
• Own daily quality control, forming, placement, finishing and inspection readiness.
