Job summary

Florida Coastal Paving in the Tampa region seeks an experienced Concrete Foreman to supervise daily concrete productivity and quality. The role emphasizes safe work practices and adherence to project specifications while leading crews on-site.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in concrete/asphalt operations, foreman or crew-lead experience, and a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus). The position offers competitive pay, overtime, and health benefits after probation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews in the field.

• Ensure proper paving methods, grades, joint construction, and compaction.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders.
• Maintain job site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote safe work practices.
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and crew members.
• Complete daily reports, production logs, and time tracking as required.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Assist with hands-on paving work as needed.

Crew Foreman-Concrete Operations Florida Coastal Paving is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews based out of the Tampa region. This role is responsible for supervising daily concrete productivity and quality standards, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews in the field
• Train and mentor crew members
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and equipment with project management
• Ensure proper paving methods, grades, joint construction, and compaction
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders
• Maintain job site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote safe work practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concrete/asphalt operations
• Prior experience in a Foreman or Crew Lead role preferred
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required (CDL a plus)
• Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity under tight schedules
