Job summary

Southeastern Site Development, Inc. seeks an experienced Flatwork Foreman to lead a concrete flatwork crew on heavy civil projects across Georgia. You will direct daily field operations, ensure safety, and maintain quality and productivity in the field.

The Foreman works with the Superintendent to oversee concrete flatwork including sidewalks, curb and gutter, slabs and drainage structures, ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a concrete flatwork crew.
• Ability to read construction plans and specs.
• Strong safety, quality, and productivity focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the flatwork crew during daily field operations.
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Communicate daily progress and field issues to the Superintendent.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
• Train and provide direction to crew members.
