Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead and finish concrete on footing and foundation projects. You will guide crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with the project team to deliver high-quality work on time.

The role offers $35 per hour and up, with benefits and a typical start time around 6:00–7:00 am, Monday to Friday. Strong culture and core values support your growth and success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete experience.
• Valid driver's license and DOT regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with site safety first and foremost.
• Lead crews to achieve construction goals on projects.
• Train and mentor those working with you.
• Give onsite direction to all crew members.
• Prepare surfaces for concrete work, layout elevations, form and finish.
• Verify materials reflect approved submittals and drawings.
