Job summary

Concrete, Inc. in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a full-time Concrete Finisher/Foreman to plan and supervise on-site concrete operations. You will lead crews, read blueprints, ensure safety, manage materials and schedule to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, training new workers, maintaining quality workmanship, and communicating with customers and subcontractors. Travel may be required for varied job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of concrete placement experience.
• Experience with footings, walls, forming, and flatwork.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Total station knowledge.
• Ability to shoot grades and elevations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage on-site projects to meet quality, budget and schedule.
• Enforce company policies and standards at job sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, customers, owners and subcontractors.
• Develop daily work schedule for employees.
• Train new employees in specific tasks.
• Responsible for all project safety.

• Maintain paper and electronic communications for job sites and teams.
