Qualifications

• Experience leading a concrete crew on commercial projects.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and coordinating pours.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 5–8 crew members, may lead up to 20.
• Coordinate materials, pour schedules, and manpower with field supervisor.
• Direct day-to-day field activities and ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organize equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate with superintendents and project manager on daily objectives.
