Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. in central Minnesota, headquartered in Sauk Rapids, is seeking a Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. You will work on footing, foundation, and flatwork, collaborating with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project needs with high quality.

The role starts early, typically 6:00am or 7:00am, Monday through Friday, with pour days causing end times to vary. Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial concrete experience, a high school diploma or GED,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience with Commercial Concrete required.
• As a BCI authorized driver, you must comply with all applicable DOT regulations, including successful completion of medical and drug evaluations required to obtain a DOT health card.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Comply with BCI site safety first and foremost.
• Collaborate with Field Leadership and subcontractors to lead crews to execute construction goals throughout projects.
• Receive direction from concrete foreman, while training & mentoring those working with you.
• Prepare surfaces for concrete work – i.e. final grading; Concrete layout activities.”,
