Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking aConcrete Foreman to oversee crew operations, ensure safety on industrial sites, and report on materials, equipment, and hours with accuracy. The role requires leadership to guide field personnel and adherence to regulatory safety standards.

The position demands flexibility for varied hours, weather conditions, and the ability to work in dusty environments while maintaining quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the construction trade.
• 2–4 years of experience in a sub-foreman or leadership role.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Must be able to work in variable weather and dirty/dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Concrete Foreman and report materials, equipment, and hours accurately.
• Oversee and ensure safety of crew and maintain public safety and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a variety of power equipment and other machinery as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned under Superintendent or management.
