Job summary

Northland Concrete & Masonry is seeking a Concrete Finisher Foreman to lead finishing crews on commercial projects. You will direct field personnel, coordinate with superintendents and project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of concrete scopes.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience in concrete finishing, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and coordinate multi-trade activities on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete finishing experience, with foreman/lead preferred.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing methods.
• Experience with slabs, floors, foundations, footings, walls and curbs.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, elevations, grades and details.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete finishers, laborers, apprentices and field personnel.
• Provide daily direction and assignments based on project priorities and schedule.
• Plan finishing activities to maintain productivity and schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers and other trades.
• Ensure safety, quality craftsmanship and on-time project completion.
• Maintain daily records and communicate progress and issues.
