The role requires strong layout, blueprint reading, and hands-on concrete placement, with responsibility for forming, finishing, and coordinating pump operations within schedule. You should have a minimum of 10 years’ related experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and certifications such as ACI and OSHA 30 (preferred).

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour preferred.
• Experience leading a crew of 10-15.
• ACI Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule.
• This crew is not installing foundations or formwork.
• Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions.
• Building Layout & Elevations.
• Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout.
• Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware.
• Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls and columns.
• Pump, place and finish techniques.
• Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks.
• Crane signals and rigging.
