Kent Companies is seeking a Senior Estimator in Dallas to lead bid development, pricing, and scope analysis for new projects and change orders. You will review contracts, drawings, and specifications to build accurate cost estimates and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering; 5+ years concrete estimating experience; 5 years leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing concrete preconstruction processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimator for bids, analyzes contracts, and develops cost estimates with margins.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing; select best-qualified teams.
• Prepare complete proposals with durations, assumptions, exclusions.
• Maintain preconstruction schedule and bid calendar.
• Use Unanet CRM for opportunity tracking.
